The DeKleine family (DK) has been involved in building homes since 1992. Our work ranges from small remodel work to large custom homes and high-end condos. We love working on projects that others find difficult and we enjoy delivering detailed homes that achieve your goals. Currently, DK Homes - located in Byron Center, MI - has been focused on delivering our product anywhere in the West Michigan area.

 

We, at​ DK Homes, are a complete design-build company and we have committed ourselves to a lifetime of learning and delivering a quality product consistently. We look forward to the possibility of building not only your dream home, but also building a relationship with you and your family.

How It Works

GOALS. We work together to combine your desires and goals with our knowledge in building. This is the foundation for our project.

BUILD. The building process, although very fun, can be detailed and complex. When challenges arise, we work diligently with you and with our team to ensure they are resolved.

DESIGN. Collaboration with designers and on-site partners to complete the customization of your home. Your vision remains central.

PRE-CLOSE. Just before you move in we walk through the home with you to discuss any items that need to be addressed. Also, there will be helpful information regarding the utilities, and their warranty, in your home.

BID. With most of the details ready, we collect bids for each category of the home. Once collected, we consolidate all the information and review the details with you. This is a great time to add, or remove, any features to your home!

Checklist.png

365 DAYS. After your 1-month review is complete, the final step is a 1-year review to work through any items that need to be warrantied or fixed. We will work with our service team compiling a list and scheduling any work to be done. Submit a service request now >
